Pay & Bonuses:
- Average Pay: $1,200/week for drivers with 3 months of experience
- Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours of waiting
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 after first load, another $500 after 30 days
- Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, miles, and productivity, starting the month after hire
Home Time:
- Out for 12 days, home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend
Equipment:
- Trucks: 2021+ Freightliners or Kenworths
Driving:
- Average Haul Length: 600+ miles
- Weekly Miles: 2,200+
- Route Area: OTR, covering all 48 states, mostly East of I-35 (no NYC or boroughs)
- Freight: 100% no-touch, 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload
Shift & Support:
- 24/7 access to operations specialists
Requirements:
- Must be 21+ years old
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
