Job DescriptionClass A OTR Truck Driver
- unload Pay: $240 per load
- Stop Pay: $25 per stop
- Backhaul Pay: $50 per backhaul
- Average Gross Pay: $2,000 per week for 1800 miles and 4 loads
- Average Weekly Pay After Tax: $1,400
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset, primarily on weekends
- Early morning start, delivering to multiple Dollar Tree stores throughout the day
- Fleet includes Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths
- Deliveries to ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, IN
- Dedicated runs covering various Dollar Tree store locations
- 100% touch freight requiring manual unloading
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 after the first load, $500 at 30 days
- 1 week ride-along with a current driver at $150 per day
- Must have secure parking location for truck and trailer
- New hires need to arrive with 2 weeks' worth of supplies for orientation
- Training will be conducted in Warrensburg, MO; drivers will be seated in a truck immediately upon hire
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 Years of Age
- Must have a minimum of 3 Full Months Class A Driving Experience
