Endorsement Requirement: Must have a valid Doubles Endorsement

Pay Details

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,725 (based on 1,500 miles and 3 loads)
• Top 10% Earnings: Up to $2,800 per week
• Annual Earnings: Up to $126,000
• Additional Pay:
  • $125 per pup trailer unloaded
  • $35 per doubles set
  • $125 weekly incentive for full workweek availability
  • $35 per backhaul

Home Time

• Weekly home time with a 34-hour reset

Shift Details

• Runs may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum of 3 loads per week

Equipment

• Assigned tractors provided after a 1-week ride-along with a current driver (paid at $150 per day)
• Training duration: Up to 5 days

Lane Information

• Deliveries to retail stores (1–6 stops per trailer)
• Coverage area: VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, MD, DE, and WV, all within 700 miles of the Front Royal, VA distribution center

Freight Type

• 100% hand-unloaded freight at store locations

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 3 months of Class A driving experience
