Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Class A OTR Reefer Drivers to join our growing team. Enjoy steady miles, competitive pay, and the flexibility you deserve! If you have at least 2 years of CDL-A experience, we want to hear from you!
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Pay: $1,500 - $2,300 per week
✔ ALL miles paid the same – loaded & empty
✔ Multiple bonuses available
✔ Layover & detention pay included
✔ Weekly pay via direct deposit (Fridays)

Home Time & Routes
🏠 Home Time: Every 2 weeks (Flexible – we work with you!)
🚛 Routes: OTR (based on home location) covering Midwest, West Coast, Southern States, and Southeast
📦 Freight: No Touch | Live Unload | Cold foods, produce, & more
📈 Miles Per Week: 2,500 - 3,500
Equipment
🚚 Trucks: 2019-2025 Automatics (Primarily Volvos)
🛻 Trailers: 2018-2024 53' Reefer Trailers
⚙ Technology: Samsara E-logs & Dash Cams (Easy to use!)
Requirements
✅ Minimum 2 years of Class A CDL experience
✅ Reefer experience preferred but not required
✅ Comfortable with 1099 pay structure
✅ Willing to stay out a minimum of 2 weeks
✅ No SAP violations & no major violations in the last 3 years
✅ Must be able to run 53' Reefer trailers (Limited Dry Van available)
