Job Summary:
Looking for a Class A OTR Solo Truck Driver to join a great team! Enjoy 12 days out, home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend, with competitive pay and strong benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- 100% No-touch freight.
- 50-60% Drop & Hook, 40-50% Live Unload.
- Average weekly mileage: 2,200+ miles.
- Running all 48 states, with the majority of freight East of I-35 (No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs).
- Freight: Primarily dry van.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: Competitive, with additional bonuses:
- Detention pay: $12.50/hour after 2nd hour.
- Layover/Breakdown pay: $100/day.
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 after first load, $500 after 30 days.
- Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity.
- Equipment: 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths.
